Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! We will have a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your needs, what you hope to get from coaching, what you can expect from coaching with me, and to make sure we feel we are  a good fit for one another.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 1 hour.

Are the coaching sessions confidential?

Yes. The only time I would share any information is if there is a danger to yourself or to others.

Do I have to pay in full?

No! An initial payment of 60% of the program cost is due 1 week prior to our first session. The balance is due 1 week prior to our fourth session.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes! You can pay the initial payment 50% of the program cost prior to our first session and you can make weekly payments, (due 48 hours before each session), after that.

Do you offer a discount?

Yes! If you pay in full, you will receive a 15% discount.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds for the initial payments. Weekly payments will not be refunded unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Balance payments will not be refunded for sessions completed and have a $150 fee. Refunds from a full payment will be pro-rated and have a $250 fee. There are no refunds for missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours prior to our appointment. Appointments cancelled after that will not be refunded or replaced. If you would like to make up the session, it will be at the "Single Session Fee" of $195.00. I understand emergencies and life come up; considerations can be made in those instances. 

What if I am late to an appointment?

Each appointment is 1 hour. If you are late, we will use the time that remains for your session. If you wish to reschedule it will count as a cancelled appointment. If you want to make that session up, it will be at the "Single Session Fee" of $195.
